Ultrafiltration membrane assembly

Reverse osmosis membrane assembly
Films that are selective for permeable substances are called semi-permeable films. Films that can permeate only solvents but not solutes are generally called ideal semi-permeable films. When a dilute solution (such as fresh water) and a concentrated solution (such as salt water) of the same volume are placed on either side of the semi-permeable membrane, the solvent in the dilute solution will naturally flow through the semi-permeable membrane and spontaneously flow to the concentrated solution. This phenomenon is called infiltration. When osmosis reaches equilibrium, the liquid level on the concentrated solution side is higher than that on the dilute solution, forming a pressure difference, which is the osmotic pressure. The magnitude of osmotic pressure depends on the intrinsic properties of the solution, i.e. the type, concentration and temperature of the concentrated solution and not on the properties of the semi-permeable membrane. If a pressure greater than osmotic pressure is applied on the concentrated solution side, the flow direction of the solvent will be opposite to the original osmotic direction, and begin to flow from the concentrated solution to the dilute solution side, this process is called reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis is a reverse migration movement of osmosis. It is a separation method that separates solute and solvent in solution by means of selective interception of semi-permeable membrane under pressure drive. It has been widely used in the purification and concentration of various liquids, among which the most common application example is in water treatment process. Use reverse osmosis technology to remove inorganic ions, bacteria, viruses, organic matter and colloid and other impurities in raw water, in order to obtain high-quality pure water.

USAB three-phase separator
UASB consists of sludge reaction zone, gas-liquid-solid three-phase separator (including precipitation zone) and gas chamber. There are a lot of anaerobic sludge in the bottom of the reaction zone, and the sludge with good sedimentation performance and flocculation performance forms a sludge layer in the bottom. The treated sewage flows from the bottom of the anaerobic sludge bed to mix with the sludge in the sludge layer. The microbes in the sludge decompose the organic matter in the sewage and convert it into biogas. Biogas is continuously released in the form of tiny bubbles, which gradually merge to form larger bubbles in the process of rising, in the upper part of the sludge bed, because of the agitation of the biogas, a relatively thin concentration of sludge and water rise together into the three-phase separator. When the biogas hits the reflecting plate of the lower part of the separator, it refracts around the reflecting plate, then it enters the gas chamber through the water layer and concentrates on the gas in the gas chamber. It is channeled out by a pipe. The solid-liquid mixture is reflected into the sedimentation area of the three-phase separator. The sludge in the sewage is flocculated and the particles gradually increase, and settles under the action of gravity. The sludge deposited on the inclined wall slides back to the anaerobic reaction zone, so that a large amount of sludge accumulates in the reaction zone, and the treated water after being separated from the sludge overflows from the upper part of the sedimentation zone, and then discharges into the sludge bed.
