We have been developing and optimising air solutions for almost all industrial sectors for nearly 100 years, specialising in industrial fans, gas cleaning, exhaust air treatment, ventilation and air conditioning, waste separation and disposal. In June 2022, its wholly owned subsidiary "Venti Oelde (Jiangsu) Air Handling Equipment Co., Ltd." was established in Changzhou, aiming to bring quality products and services to Chinese customers. |

| SPÄNEX Deduster Type SMU Compact dust extractors of the SMU series are used to extract dust from one or more woodworking machines. The suction volume flows of our dedusters range from 1,200 to 10,000 m³/h and are therefore the preferred solution for joinery and carpentry workshops. The separated shavings can be collected either in the integrated dust bins or can be discharged into BigBags, containers, silos or can be briquetted by an integrated SPÄNEX-briquetting press. |

| SPÄNEX Briquetting Presses Type SHB SPÄNEX has developed several hydraulic briquetting presses with different capacities ranging from approx. 40 kg/h up to approx. 250 kg/h in order to press loose wooden shavings and dust to hard briquettes. The advantages are. - Volume reduction of up to 90 % - Better handling of residual materials - Production of sellable briquettes - Reduction of the risk of fire and explosion due to lack of fine dust Residual materials in the form of chips, dusts and wood chips from the following materials can be briquetted: Solid wood, Chip board, MDF, Varnish and sanding dust etc. SPÄNEX supplies these presses either as separate machines or in combination with filter units or dedusters in a complete package. |

| PowerAirTube Filter, Type RFA The Venti Oelde reverse-air filter with its round construction is suitable for the separation of almost all types of dry dust. It is compact, space-saving and extremely powerful. The Venti PowerAirTube’s all-in-one design is highly efficient. Clean gas ducts and pipes leading to the fan are not needed, so there are no energy losses resulting from resistance in the ducting. Instead, the gas flow is drawn straight to the fan. With integrated volume flow control, the performance of the fan can be adjusted as required. |

| Coarse material separator, Type GGA The Venti Oelde coarse material separator uses the centrifugal forces of a cyclone, coupled with a rotating screening drum, to (pre-)separate coarse or two-dimensional material. It can be equipped with different screen linings to adapt the separation cut to the requirements of the respective process. The Venti Oelde coarse material separator runs successfully in the wood, paper, packaging, composite and recycling industries. |
