DTRO disc tube reverse osmosis membrane
DTRO membrane technology, also known as disc tube reverse osmosis membrane technology, is a patented membrane separation equipment. It is specifically developed for the treatment of filtrate. The original liquid flow channel: the disc tube membrane module has a patented flow channel design form, using an open flow channel. The feed liquid enters the pressure vessel through the inlet, flows from the channel between the guide plate and the shell to the other end of the module, and at the flange of the other end, the feed liquid enters the guide plate through 8 channels. The processed liquid quickly flows through the filter membrane at the shortest distance, then reverses 180 ° to the other membrane surface, From the groove in the center of the guide plate, it flows into the next guide plate, forming a double "S" - shaped route on the membrane surface from the circumference of the guide plate to the center of the circle, then to the circumference, and finally to the center of the circle. The concentrated liquid finally flows out from the feed end flange. The DT membrane module adopts a high-strength and pressure resistant design, which can overcome higher osmotic pressure. The guide plate with convex points forms a unique open flow channel, which has low pre-treatment requirements, improves the membrane's anti fouling ability, cleans more thoroughly, and extends the membrane's service life.
STRO pipe network reverse osmosis membrane
STRO is an efficient and environmentally friendly water treatment technology, with its core principle being reverse osmosis. Under certain pressure, only water molecules can pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while solutes and other impurities are effectively blocked, thus achieving water purification.

DTRO membrane (octagonal SW seawater desalination)
It is one of the core components of the DTRO membrane, consisting of two concentric octagonal/circular reverse osmosis membranes and a filamentous support in the middle. The outer ring is sealed by welding, and the inner ring is the outlet for filtering water. The channel between the membranes is 6mm, while the rolled component is only 0.2mm.
DTRO guide plate
It is one of the core components of the DTRO membrane column, replacing the mesh support structure in the roll type membrane. There are many raised small cylinders on the surface, which prevent the membrane from directly contacting the guide plate. The middle gap serves as the flow channel for the filtrate, and there are staggered convex points on the guide plate surface. These convex points cause the liquid to form a turbulent state during the flow process, minimizing the occurrence of fouling, pollution, and concentration polarization on the membrane surface. This allows the DT component to demonstrate its superior performance even under high pressure of 200 bar. The special structure and hydraulic design of the guide plate make the membrane assembly easy to clean, and the flux recovery after cleaning is very good, thereby extending the service life of the membrane. Through engineering practice, it has been shown that the service life of the first stage DT membrane can reach up to 3 years or even longer in the treatment of seepage liquid, and it can last for more than 5 years when connected to other treatment equipment (such as MBR), which is not achievable by general reverse osmosis.
