Multi-Effective-MVR Hybrid Energy-Saving Evaporation Technology
Considering the low concentration and minimal boiling point rising of the feed solution, Ruida Technology’s process engineers have boldly developed and implemented a more energy-efficient performance double-effect coupled with MVR falling film concentration + MVR forced circulation evaporation crystallization process for treating sodium chloride wastewater. The design compressor saturation temperature is raised by 20℃ to provide sufficient heat transfer temperature difference for the design of a double-effect falling film concentration process in the pre-concentration section, with an effective heat transfer temperature difference of 5℃ per effect. Due to the solid precipitation when the liquid reaches the saturated concentration in the later stage after pre-concentration, a forced circulation process is adopted in the crystallization section. Compared to MVR single-effect or MVR two-stage processes, MVR double-effect has reduced the average energy consumption for evaporating one ton of water by over 20%, resulting in significant energy savings. Ruida Technology’s innovative technology has led to a decrease in energy consumption and gained favor from customers.
Hybrid Catalytic Wet Air Oxifation Process based on Loop Reactor and Bubble Column
Traditional plug flow reactors have better reaction efficiency compared to complete mix flow reactors due to higher reaction concentrations. However, the lack of heat recovery devices in traditional reactors leads to significant coking reactions in the temperature range of 150-200℃ for some organic wastewater. Therefore, RUIDA Technology has further developed the an invonative wet air oxidation technology based on complete mix flow reactors.
The major advantage of complete mix flow wet air oxidation process is the ability to achieve cold feed, which avoids coking issues in the heat recovery system. With complete mix flow reactors, the reaction rate decreases significantly due to the reduction in reactant concentration, especially in cases where a high COD removal rate is required with low outlet COD concentration.
To prevent coking of high-concentration liquid, we use a complete mix flow structure in the first main reactor to achieve cold feed and rapidly remove most of the COD. Then, the effluent enters the deep reaction vessel for further COD removal in the fixed-bed bubble tower with pure oxygen as oxidation agent. This hybrid process combines the advantages of both systems and is suitable for situations where coking is prone to occur and high COD removal is required.
Composition fluctuation-oriented fractional crystallization technology
This technology is a highly flexible integrated evaporation and freeze crystallization system, which is applicable in the fields of wastewater treatment and impurity salt refining. It is particularly suitable for fractional crystallization systems with significant fluctuations in wastewater composition, such as evaporation crystallization or separation of salt nitrates, sodium-potassium separation, etc. The system consists of five sets of evaporative crystallizers and one set of cooling crystallizer. By switching the pipelines, the evaporative crystallizers and cooling crystallizer can be freely combined to adapt to fractional crystallization of water solutions with different salt concentrations. This improves equipment utilization and reduces equipment costs. Compared to the approach of using multiple sets of evaporative systems for separate treatment, this technology saves 30% to 50% of equipment investment costs.
