High voltage electrostatic oil catching equipment
The electrostatic oil trap used in this project is a honeycomb type, and a regular hexagonal honeycomb tube with a φmm inscribed circle is used. The equipment uses a 72KV high-voltage power supply and the negative high voltage generated by the high-voltage DC power supply is connected to the corona electrode (cathode), which generates an electric field between the precipitation electrode (anode). Oil mist, dust, water mist and other particles through the electric field combine with ions or electrons to fuse electricity, and move to the two poles under the action of the electric field force. Because the electron mass is small, the movement speed is fast, and the spatial distribution is wide, it is mainly that the negatively charged particles of the fumar move toward the precipitation pole. After reaching the neutralization of the precipitation plate, the remaining electrostatic attraction and intermolecular cohesion are first adsorbed on the precipitation pole, and then fall along the plate by its own gravity and discharged through the oil discharge outlet.
In the vicinity of the corona pole (cathode), corona discharge occurs between the yin and yang poles when the electric field strength exceeds a certain limit. At this time, the gas flowing through the electric field is ionized, generating a large amount of ions and electrons. In the case of high-pressure discharge, oxygen atoms and O3 with strong oxidizability are generated, and the ions form a large number of hydroxyl radicals (OH) under the action of water vapor. The hydroxyl radicals (OH) have a very strong oxidizing ability. In advanced oxidative decomposition, OH participates in indirect reactions.
Advanced oxidation and pollutant reaction pathways:
Indirect reaction: pollutant +OH→CO2+H2O
Note: OH (Eo=2.8V) has high potential, no selectivity, fast speed, strong reaction ability, and fast speed, which can cause chain reaction to completely degrade pollutants.
Under the action of the potential of the honeycomb tube, oil mist, dust, water mist and other particles are separated to remove particulate matter. Under the action of the ionization of the honeycomb tube, hydroxyl radicals are generated to decompose organic matter to remove non-methane total hydrocarbon components.
RTO regenerative catalytic combustion system
During the operation of the three-chamber RTO operation, a single regenerator is repeatedly switched between the three states of intake, cleaning, and exhaust. After one cycle, VOCs always enter the regenerator that discharged the purified gas in the previous cycle. The regenerators of VOCs are cleaned with purified gas or air, and the remaining unreacted VOCs are returned to the combustion chamber for oxidation, and then discharged from the washed regenerators together with the purified gas.
The process is continuously cycled and alternated, which effectively reduces the heat emission of the exhaust gas after treatment, and saves the heat loss when the exhaust gas is oxidized and heated, so that the exhaust gas maintains a high thermal efficiency during the high-temperature oxidation process (thermal efficiency is about 95%), and its equipment is safe Reliable, simple operation, convenient maintenance, low operating cost, and purification efficiency of VOCs up to 99.5%.
Carbon fiber adsorption and desorption system
Carbon fiber adsorption-desorption catalytic combustion is a kind of catalytic combustion equipment of Chuangxin environmental protection. Carbon fiber adsorption and desorption catalytic combustion system composition and control: The catalytic combustion system is mainly composed of a catalytic combustion bed (composed of an electric heating chamber, a catalytic chamber and a heat exchanger), a flame arrester, a temperature detector, a corresponding electric valve, and an insulation pipe. The main function is to use the electric heater in the catalytic combustion bed to heat the exhaust gas produced by the production line, so that the organic exhaust gas is converted into CO2 and H2O under the action of the catalyst at about 280-300 ℃ and releases a lot of heat.
