Introduction Qinghuan tuoda (Suzhou) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is an environmental protection technology-based company established in April 2019 by Tsinghua Suzhou Institute of environmental innovation and Huangshan tuoda Technology Co., Ltd., which is engaged in scheme design, technology research and development, equipment production, system construction, operation and maintenance management of non gravity sewage collection system. Qinghuan tuoda is the leader of non gravity sewage collection and treatment in China, and actively participates in the construction project of "beautiful countryside".

Products

Vacuum well
The sewage collection device at the sewage outfall is an important part of the vacuum drainage system. When the well sewage reaches the set level, it will be automatically discharged into the vacuum pipeline.
Vacuum toilet
Vacuum toilet is to create a vacuum in the whole system. There must be an isolation valve between the system and each toilet leading to the system. When flushing the toilet, open the valve and take away the things in the toilet depending on the pressure difference with the atmospheric pressure.
Vacuum pipe network
Connect the vacuum well with the vacuum collection station, and use the pressure gradient for high-speed sewage transmission. Compared with the gravity pipe network, the vacuum pipe network is less limited by the terrain and can be laid up the slope. The velocity of sewage in vacuum pipe is more than 4 times of that in gravity pipe, which is not easy to block, and the diameter of non gravity pipe network is only 1 / 3 of that in gravity pipe.

Vacuum power source station
It is composed of sewage collection tank, vacuum unit and auxiliary building. When the temporary sewage is collected and reaches the calibrated liquid level, it is delivered to the sewage treatment system or municipal pipe network; the vacuum unit provides negative pressure for the system.
Wall mounted vacuum well
It is used for river sewage interception, connecting vacuum well and vacuum collection station, and using pressure gradient for high-speed sewage transmission. Compared with the gravity pipe network, the vacuum pipe network is less limited by the terrain and can be laid up the slope. Vacuum system intelligent operation and maintenance platform
Combined with Internet technology, the operation and maintenance of vacuum well, vacuum pipe network and vacuum collection station will be built into a comprehensive and efficient intelligent monitoring and operation platform. Users can easily obtain the operation and maintenance parameters of the facilities through the mobile application software (APP), and easily control the key points of the system.
Solution of vacuum sewage collection system
System principle: using vacuum technology, the sewage in the service area is sucked into the pipeline facilities at high speed, and then transported to the terminal step by step, so as to achieve the purpose of sewage collection.
Principle of vacuum system:
The first step: the dispersed sewage source flows into the negative pressure collector (vacuum well) by gravity for a short distance;
The second step: using the negative pressure vacuum technology, the sewage in the vacuum well is sucked into the pipeline facilities at a high speed and transported to the terminal of the negative pressure collection station (power source station) step by step to achieve the purpose of sewage collection.
The third step: the sewage collected by the power source station will be discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network or sewage treatment facilities;
Solution of vacuum black and gray water source separation and collection system
The vacuum black and gray water source separation and collection system adopts the vacuum negative pressure collection system, collects through the vacuum toilet, and then uses the negative pressure vacuum technology to suck the sewage in the vacuum well into the pipeline facilities at a high speed, and gradually transports it to the terminal of the negative pressure collection station (power source station), and then discharges it into the septic tank for resource reuse. The kitchen water and bathing wastewater of residents are discharged to the vacuum well through the gravity pipe, and then the negative pressure vacuum technology is used to suck the sewage in the vacuum well into the pipeline facilities at high speed, and the sewage is transported to the terminal of the negative pressure collection station (power source station) step by step. The sewage collected by the power source station will be discharged into the sewage treatment facilities for treatment, and the farmland irrigation will be carried out after reaching the standard.
The system project implements a new mode of intelligent operation of "Internet plus sewage treatment", with mobile phone APP as a tool, paying close attention to the quality and operation of sewage treatment facilities in real time. Once found abnormal, through the mobile app can achieve early warning assignment.
