The “Fangxin brand” low-temperature SCR catalyst, invented by Fanxin Lihua, has been authorized as national invention patent. This technology applies a unique‘ultrasonic membrane diffusion method’in the nano-powder preparation process,which can extend the conventional treatment temperature zone from 300-400°C to 150-400°C. It has the characteristics of remarkable low temperature catalytic activity, strong resistance to sulfur poisoning and alkali metal poisoning, excellent hydrophobicity, efficient synergistic removal of dioxins, longer service life and high denitrification efficiency, etc. Therefore, personalized formulations and processes can be customized to meet the needs of different industry fields, different temperature ranges and different flue gas parameter components, so as to achieve the targets of ultra-low emissions.
