Products

Anti-polymerization Zeolite Adsorbent
This honeycomb zeolite is a VOCs adsorption material specifically designed for easily polymerizable gases such as styrene, butadiene, and acrylonitrile. Made from hydrophobic zeolite, special modifiers, and binders through an integrated molding process, it exhibits highly efficient adsorption-desorption performance for substances prone to polymerization like styrene and acrylate esters. Moreover, it ensures thorough desorption of these materials without the risk of catalytic polymerization (it does not inhibit spontaneous polymerization).
High Adsorption Capacity Zeolite Adsorbent
This product is formed by combining hydrophobic zeolites of different pore sizes, with molecular sieves making up over 90% and a specific surface area ranging from 400 to 700 m2/g. It exhibits exceptional performance in adsorbing organic waste gases, making it particularly suitable for treating medium to high concentrations (200~100,000 mg/m3) of VOCs in exhaust gases, and is appropriate for adsorption recovery processes.
Sulfur and Chlorine Resistant Catalyst
This catalyst employs a proprietary synthesis process, where nano-sized platinum and palladium metal particles are anchored on the surface of an oxygen-supplying carrier material. This creates a unique structural effect, resulting in a platinum-palladium noble metal catalyst with resistance to poisoning. It is suitable for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) containing sulfur and chlorine and can be used in the chemical, medical, and biological industries for waste gas treatment.
C1~C3 alkane catalysts
This catalyst, based on its unique high platinum-palladium alloy formulation, demonstrates exceptional catalytic performance, particularly in the oxidation reactions of alkane compounds. Specifically designed for low-carbon alkane components such as methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), and propane (C3H8), it achieves a high conversion rate of 95% to 98%. The catalyst possesses outstanding thermal stability, maintaining consistent catalytic efficiency even under prolonged or high-temperature operations. It is also capable of handling the catalytic combustion of high concentrations of VOCs, offering an efficient and reliable solution for industrial waste gas treatment.
Denitrification VOCs Catalyst
This catalyst is capable of removing nitrogen-containing VOCs while reducing the generation of nitrogen oxides, featuring dual functionality of catalytic oxidation and reduction. It is suitable for treating nitrogen-containing VOCs, including the catalytic oxidation and reduction of ammonia, DMF, NMP, acrylonitrile, etc. Ensuring a high removal rate of VOCs, it also meets ultra-low emission standards for nitrogen oxides, making it applicable for CO and RCO installations.
