Card-style Thermal Imager for Temperature Measurement

The thermographic capability is fundamentally developed based on infrared radiation principles, providing a non-contact, real-time, and continuous method for precise temperature measurement. By accurately detecting changes in target temperatures, this device, when coupled with its software system, visualizes temperature data of monitored objects, making it widely applicable across various sectors such as high and low voltage switchgear cabinet temperature monitoring, data centers, server room equipment, warehousing facilities, manufacturing plants, and electrical power monitoring.
Gas Leak Detection Infrared Thermographic Camera
Integrated Gas Detection and Temperature Measurement Infrared Camera combines gas detection and temperature measurement functionalities in one unit, utilizing long-wave cryogenic infrared detectors to achieve high sensitivity. This type of camera is adept at detecting leaks of over four hundred types of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) gases, including hexane, butane, ethylbenzene, propane, diethyl ether, trimethylamine, heptane, octane, ethane, triethylamine, methane, ethanol, benzene, ethylene oxide, styrene, methanol, among others. Employing a remote, non-contact detection method, it dramatically enhances the efficiency of gas leak detection while ensuring the safety of inspection personnel and maintaining the secure and normal operation of equipment.
Endoscopic High-Temperature Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera for Furnace Interior
The LF-LN13A model Endoscopic High-Temperature Infrared Thermography System is actuated by a cylinder-driven mechanism that is designed to monitor the flame combustion temperature inside the furnace, movement status within the furnace, and the entire process from ignition to extinction. The system utilizes PLC intelligent control technology to automatically regulate the extension and retraction of the camera and lens components, ensuring that under conditions of overheating or low pressure, the withdrawal mechanism will automatically retract the equipment from the furnace chamber, thus providing self-protection for the device.

The probe of this system is fabricated using dual-layer high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel material. A layer of compressed air flows through the sandwiched space to provide direct cooling, forming an air curtain at the front end of the lens. An internal vortex tube further serves to cool both the camera and lens components. This feature enables the video probe to be directly inserted into the furnace interior to observe the flame combustion and other related conditions.

As a result, this equipment not only ensures production safety, enhances product quality but also improves the working environment, reduces labor intensity, and facilitates centralized debugging as well as automation in the production process. By doing so, it plays a pivotal role in maintaining efficient and safe operation throughout various stages of industrial processes involving furnaces.
