| Screw pump A single screw pump belongs to a rotary displacement pump, which relies on the meshing of the rotor and stator to produce volume changes and achieve the purpose of conveying media. It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing, mainly composed of a stator with a double head spiral cavity and a single head rotor that meshes with it in the stator cavity. When the transmission shaft drives the rotor to rotate eccentrically around the center of the stator through a universal joint, the stator rotor pair continuously meshes to form a sealing chamber. These sealing chambers move uniformly axially with the single screw pump, transporting the conveying medium from the suction end through the stator rotor pair to the press out end. The medium in the sealed chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damaged. |
