| Mechanical Bar Screen HLCF Mechanical Bar Screen is provided with several special-shaped teeth which are assembled on the teeth axis based on certain ordering, forming the sealed teeth chain. The lower part is installed in the water inlet. If the chain wheel rotates directionally with even speed, the whole rake chain will move accordingly. Under such circumstance, the solid sundries attached on the tooth will be separated from liquid and the fluid will low away through the gap. When rake chain arrives at its upper end, each group of rakes will carry on self cleaning by dropping out most of the solid material under gravity and guideline rail, while the rest of the solid will be tidied clean by back running brush.The whole process is carried out continuously and automatically so as to achieve the goal of solid-liquid separation. |

| MBBR Bio Filter Media Bio filter media, used in Integrated Fixed-lm Activated Sludge (IFAS) and moving bed biofilm reaction (MBBR) system.The wastewater goes through suspending media of MBBR reactor, forming biological membrane on the surface of media gradually. With the action of microbial on the biological membrane, wastewater is purified. MBBR media can move freely in the reactor with the mixing of the water. | Dissolved Air Flotation(DAF) System Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is an efficient flotation method for water clarification.The term refers to the method of producing flotation by dissolving air in the water under pressure and then releasing the pressure.When the pressure is released the solution becomes supersaturated with air as millions of small bubbles form.These bubbles attach to any particles in the water causing their density to become less than that of water.The particles then rapidly float to the surface for collection and removal, leaving the clarified water behind. |

| Fish Farming Aquaculture Drum Filter The drum filter is mainly composed of four parts: tank component, roller component, backwash component and liquid level automatic control component. It is made of non-toxic seawater corrosion-resistant high-quality engineering plastic materials. A stainless steel filter screen is fixed on the rotatable drum, and the tiny suspended substances in the water are separated and filtered through the screen and finally achieve solid-liquid separation. During the filtering process, small suspended particles in the water will cause the screen to be blocked. When the screen is blocked, the liquid level automatic control component works, and the backwash water pump and roller reducer automatically start working to make the screen timely cleaning to keep the equipment in good working condition. |
