Methane torch
"Tianren" brand series of internal combustion type discharge torch is a cylindrical tower structure, and the top of the tower body is provided with a windproof deflect cap. The torch system consists of the torch body, the torch burning head, the torch ignition system, the valve components, and the control system. Each part is designed and made separately, and is controlled by the system as a whole. In the design, the first element to be considered from the aspects of component materials and control procedures is to ensure safe production, and at the same time to realize fully automated control, no manual duty is required in the production process. The processing system is in standby and safe operation 24 hours a day. The torch has the functions of flameout protection, power failure safety protection and backfire safety protection, easy to operate and safe to run. In the case of fire extinguishing or sudden power failure during operation, the torch quickly cuts off the biogas supply. The torch uses a novel design to work reliably in a variety of harsh weather conditions, such as storms. In the system design and equipment selection, the characteristics of continuous long cycle operation of the torch are fully considered to ensure that the torch has a long service life.

Biogas desulfurization tower
The basic principle of the equipment for the removal of medium hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from biogas gas by dry method is a method for O2 to oxidize H2S into sulfur or sulfur oxides, which can also be called dry oxidation method. The composition of the dry process equipment is that a filler is placed in a container, and the filler layer has iron oxide reducing agent and so on. The gas passes through the packing layer in the container at a low flow rate from one end, and the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is oxidized into sulfur or sulfur oxide, which remains in the packing layer, and the gas is discharged from the other end of the container after purification.

1. The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel material, and the cylinder, tank, ladder, platform and filter grid layer of the equipment are made of stainless steel filter wire mesh;
2. The design service life of non-standard equipment is 5-8 years, and it is designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with the relevant national regulations and specifications;
3. The non-standard equipment in the device can be arranged in the open air, the device layout is compact, the pipeline layout is in line with the principles of economy, beauty and applicability, and the whole set of devices can be flexibly arranged according to the site provided by customers;
4. This product has anti-corrosion treatment inside the tank, and the desulfurization filler is TG series desulfurizer.
Complexed iron desulfurization
Iron complex wet desulfurization is a common wet desulfurization technology. By spraying iron complex solution into biogas, hydrogen sulfide in biogas reacts with iron complex, so as to achieve the purpose of desulfurization. This desulfurization method has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and economy, and has been widely used in biogas pretreatment.
Wet desulfurization with complex iron has the following advantages:
1. High efficiency desulfurization: wet desulfurization of complex iron can remove more than 90% of SO2 in flue gas, and the desulfurization effect is remarkable.
2. Environmental protection: The wet desulfurization process of complex iron does not produce secondary pollution of sulfur dioxide, which is friendly to the environment.
3. Economy: The complex iron wet desulfurization equipment is relatively simple, and the investment and operating costs are low.
Steam boiler Steam generator
Cross-flow steam generator, is a gas steam generation equipment, water flow through the instant generation of steam, no pressure vessel, water volume is less than 50L, completely eliminate safety hazards. It is free from inspection and does not require annual inspection and special equipment inspection, and its principle is based on the cross-flow steam generation technology to convert the chemical energy of gas into a continuous and stable steam heat source system.

Hot blast stove is an industrial heating equipment, its working principle mainly involves the process of converting chemical energy into heat energy. Hot blast furnaces usually use gaseous fuel  (e.g. Natural gas , coal , petroleum ) or solid fuel  (e.g. Wood ) as fuel and reach the combustion chamber through a supply system pipeline. In the combustion chamber, the fuel is fully mixed with air and undergoes a combustion chemical reaction, which produces a high-temperature flame and combustion products as well as water vapor.
