dv/dt filter
dv/dt filter is designed to protect the motor filter, due to the length of the running cable between the inverter and the motor can cause harmful effects on the motor peak voltage. The length of the cable depends on the number of switching times of the power semiconductor used in the inverter and the size of the motor. If the cable is short to 2.5 meters, the peak voltage of the motor will exceed the rating of the motor insulation system. However, if the cable is too long, it will cause the voltage travelling wave reflection, resulting in a transient voltage shock of 2 times or more, in which case it is necessary to use dv/dt filter to prevent the peak voltage and protect the motor from being affected and damaged.
LCL filter
Satons LCL filter is composed of input filter, filter capacitor and feedback reactor. It has the characteristics of low loss, small size, light weight and easy maintenance.
Input filter
Input filter is generally installed between the power supply and the input of the inverter to suppress the conducted interference and radiation interference generated by the inverter, and has the ability of common mode and differential mode suppression, mainly used in occasions with high electromagnetic environment requirements to prevent electromagnetic interference caused by the inverter when working on the power grid and other equipment.
High-frequency transformer
High frequency transformer is the main component of switching power supply. The switching power supply generally uses a half-bridge power conversion circuit, and when working, the two switching triodes take turns to generate 100kHz high-frequency pulse waves, and then step-down through the high-frequency transformer to output low voltage alternating current, and the proportion of turns of each winding coil of the high-frequency transformer determines the output voltage. Typical half-bridge transformer circuit is conspicuous in three high-frequency transformers: main transformer, drive transformer and auxiliary transformer (standby transformer), each transformer in the national regulations have their own measurement standards, such as the main transformer, as long as it is more than 200W power supply, its magnetic core diameter (height) must not be less than 35mm. The auxiliary transformer, when the power supply does not exceed 300W, its magnetic core diameter can reach 16mm.
Energy feedback reactor
The energy feedback reactor is mainly used in the LCL filter at the input end of four-quadrant inverter. Four-quadrant inverter power feedback to improve the energy efficiency of the system at the same time, its disadvantage is that in the energy feedback, the high pass frequency of IGBT will produce a large number of harmonic pollution of the grid, so it is necessary to install energy feedback reactors, filter harmonics, improve power quality, and protect the stable operation of the grid.
Three-phase autotransformer
Three-phase autotransformer is a kind of autotransformer, it can have the same connection group as the three-phase transformer, and there is an electrical connection between the different coils. It is mainly used for high-power transmission and transformation.
Harmonic filter
Based on the principle of series resonance, the filter compensation system is composed of high performance filter capacitor and reactor in series to absorb the main harmonic components and compensate the reactive power. The function of dynamic reactive power compensation and filter is integrated, which can quickly follow the load change, restrain the current fluctuation, absorb the harmonics of the power grid and improve the efficiency of power utilization. The harmonic filter is designed to effectively eliminate the harmonic current distortion caused by the pulse rectifier, the Jani series harmonic filter is a passive series of connected low-pass filter inductor and capacitor system, used to eliminate the unique 5, 7, 11, 13 and other low-frequency harmonics generated by the three-phase full wave frequency conversion load, it does not need a single adjustment, according to different harmonic sources for phase shift. The maximum harmonic content can be controlled within 5%. Typical applications: Equipment with front-end six-pulse rectifiers, electrical drives, factory automation equipment, water/wastewater treatment equipment, fan and pump applications, HVAC installations, DC fast chargers and other power electronic equipment systems.
sine-wave filter
The sine-wave filter is used to modify the voltage waveform of the output end of the converter, so that the PWM waveform of the output of the converter is more similar to the sine wave, and the output harmonic component is greatly reduced, so that the harmonic voltage distortion rate THDu<5%; Obviously prevent high-frequency and dv/ dt radio frequency interference, prevent motor cable aging, burst, reduce motor noise, extend motor life, prevent sudden current and voltage caused by the harm to the equipment. The load distance can be up to 5000 meters.
Water cooled reactor
Water-cooled reactor is suitable for the occasion of poor heat dissipation environment, there are two ways of water-cooled reactor, one is hydropower integrated; Use hollow conductor as water pipe cooling device for cooling. The other is the water and electricity separation cooling method, the water does not pass through the winding, the water and electricity separation does not affect each other, and the heat of the winding and the iron core is indirectly absorbed through the cooling plate. Water cooled reactor is mainly used in wind power projects (green energy), is one of the important components of wind power project equipment, in addition, the reactor can also be used in poor heat dissipation and ventilation environment.
Hollow reactor
The branch feeder from the same bus is often strung with a hollow current limiting reactor to limit the short circuit current of the feeder and maintain the bus voltage so as not to be too low due to the short circuit of the feeder.
Input reactor
The input reactor can be used to provide improved overload protection to the line power supply and reduce the current harmonic distortion generated by the frequency converter. Improve the power factor of the input power supply, reduce the surge of high order harmonics and frequency converter on the power supply equipment.
Intermediate frequency transformer
Compared with low frequency transformer, medium frequency transformer has different characteristics. First of all, due to the high operating frequency, the core material needs to have better magnetic permeability; Secondly, under the condition of high frequency operation, due to the influence of eddy current effect and skin effect, there is a large amount of eddy current loss inside the iron core and a large amount of heat loss on the copper wire surface. Therefore, special attention should be paid to insulation during the design process.
