| Air flotation machine A new type of air dissolving equipment - microbubble generator is adopted to replace the traditional air entraining equipment to dissolve air into water, and several inclined pipe groups are installed in the air flotation area, including box, slag scraper and spiral discharge machine to form a complete air flotation water purification device. Theoretically, the treatment effect of air flotation is not directly related to the residence time, but only related to the air flotation area. If the air flotation area with water depth h is reduced to water depth h / 10, the air flotation distance and residence time will be reduced by 10 times, which is the "shallow pool theory". The purpose of adding inclined pipe in the air flotation area is to increase the air flotation area, greatly reduce the Reynolds coefficient, avoid the air flotation in the turbulent state, create a good laminar state and achieve the effect of shallow air flotation. Similarly, when the density of suspended solids is greater than 1, due to the installation of inclined pipe group, it will produce the effect of shallow tank sedimentation, so that the sedimentation can be carried out under turbulent conditions. Pollutants with large particle size and specific gravity that are not easy to float up will be concentrated in the sludge collection area to achieve the purpose of water purification. Maintenance method: Dissolved air flotation is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high chroma, high organic content, low oil content, low surfactant content or rich algae. Compared with other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact tank body. However, its complex process, large power consumption and high noise of air compressor also limit its application. 1、 Check whether the sewage inlet pump and return pump of the dissolved air flotation machine are frozen at work every day, including the lubrication and refueling of the water pump, the tightness of the packing, the sealing ratio of the bottom valve and the oil filling of the air compressor. 2、 Check whether the air filter of the air compressor is frozen to judge whether the air compressor operates normally and whether there is noise and heating. 3、 Check whether the transmission part and scraper of the slag scraper become hard and broken in the cold state, so as not to affect the use. 4、 Pay attention to the coagulant mixing storage tank to avoid freezing, and often conduct small sample test. 5、 Check the valve pipeline of each equipment to avoid blockage, and put it in the "on" or "off" position as required. 6、 Drain the water during shutdown to avoid icing and blockage. |
