Products

High-strength Chrome Corundum Refractory Castable
1. Corundum is the main raw material of high strength chrome corundum castable. Chromium oxide is introduced to improve the corrosion resistance of the material.
2. The material has excellent shock resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and spalling resistance. It is recommended to be used in the parts of high temperature furnace lining that are easy to spall, wear and be eroded by molten waste.
Corundum mullite brick
Products are made from fused corundum and andalusite as the main raw material, have excellent high tempera- ture dimensional stability and thermal shock resistance, high strength, good abrasion and corrosion resistance
Nano silicon reinforced chromecorundum castable FSC-AC30S
1. With high-grade corundum as the main raw material and nanosol as the binding agent, the sol forms a three-dimensional network structure during the heating process, which enhances the bonding performance of the material and improves the erosion resistance of the material.
2. At the same time, corrosion resistance agent and high temperature expansion agent are introduced, and the product has excellent anti-ash erosion and thermal shock resistance.

1. Silicon carbide and metallic silicon are used as the main raw materials, and special binder is used to enhance the combination degree of powder and particles
2. During the sintering process, the oxidation of metal Si can close the pores on the surface of the material, which plays a role of "Self-blocking Oxidation", and improves the oxidation resistance and high temperature mechanical toughness of the material .

1. The main raw materials of hanging brick are silicon carbide and metal silicon powder, and special binder is used to enhance the
bonding degree between matrix and particles.
2. Silicon nitride is formed by the reaction of metal Si and nitrogen in N2 atmosphere, and SiC particles are closely combined. After
sintering, further heat treatment is carried out to improve the resistance to steam oxidation.
3. The product has low porosity, excellent steam oxidation resistance and high temperature mechanical strength.
Composite chrome corundum brick TDGA-80CF
1.Composite chrome corundum brick is composed of heat insulation layer and working layer.
2. The heat insulation layer mainly uses high temperature and high strength insulation material to increase the closed air hole and reduce the thermal conductivity of the material. The working layer adopts fused corundum, chromium oxide, zirconia as the main raw materials, and the matrix is strengthened by the formation of aluminum chromium solid solution, and the corrosion resistance of the material is enhanced.
3. The product has the characteristics of convenient masonry, good heat insulation effect, good high temperature mechanical toughness,
and good slag corrosion resistance.
Special wear resistant brick TD-TSM
1. Special wear-resistant brick uses dense corundum and silicon carbide as the main raw materials and special bond.
2. In the sintering process, the "self barrier permeability" property is formed, and the bonding degree between matrix and particles is enhanced to improve the wear resistance.
3. The product has low porosity, excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature mechanical toughness and good slag corrosion resistance.
