Large horizontal ozone generator
The ozone chamber and ozone generating unit are made of 316L material, the overall material is not less than 304 stainless steel, the sealing and insulation parts are made of PTFE and fluorine rubber.Horizontal structure of generator chamber, horizontal placement of discharge body, convenient maintenance.The series of double amplifier monomers is beneficial to increase ozone concentration and reduce power consumption, and the design of frequency conversion power supply air cooling is safe and reliable.Standard Siemens PLC, can be configured including temperature, pressure, flow, concentration detection, control valve, including a variety of automatic control instrument valves, in order to meet customer needs, minimize energy consumption.
Large vertical ozone generator

Exhause destructor
1. Compact integrated design, ozone heating catalytic decomposition device, control panel and induced draft fan installed on a welded steel frame, the equipment has been filled with catalyst as required.
2. Demister and soda water separator are set at the intake end of tail gas decomposition to protect liquid water from entering the catalyst and prevent the catalyst from water failure.
3. The exhaust concentration is lower than 0.1ppm, in line with the standard of harmless emission.
4. Ozone decomposition catalyst adopts high price metal oxides, operating temperature 40-60℃, low temperature operation can effectively reduce operating costs.
5. Set the electric heating device to continuously heat the catalyst to ensure the best reaction temperature and prevent the failure of the catalyst from being affected by moisture.
