Cyclone single drum dust collector
Cyclone single drum single unit dust collector is composed of cyclone body, ash collecting hopper and volute (or wind collecting cap). Working principle of cartridge dust collector:

Working principle of pulse bag filter:
The pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper, middle and lower boxes are of chamber structure. During the operation, the dust containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the air flow turning. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.

Overview of pulse bag filter:
DMC pulse bag filter is a new type of single machine dedusting unit, which improves the original ash unloading system and simplifies the equipment structure on the basis of absorbing the original DMCC pulse bag filter. The improved equipment has the characteristics of large processing capacity, good purification effect, convenient operation and maintenance. Compared with the mechanical vibrating top dust collector, it also has low working noise, long service life of filter bag and no mechanical transportation It is suitable for collecting all kinds of fine and dry non fibrous dust on the top of various powder storehouses.

Working principle of pulse bag filter:
The dust containing air enters the middle part of the dust collector box from the bottom of the dust collector, and the coarse dust settles downward by its own gravity and then falls into the ash bin. The fine dust is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag through various effects. The purified air filtered by the filter bag enters the upper box through the venturi tube and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag accumulates and thickens with time The resistance of the dust collector increases gradually, and the amount of gas processed decreases. In order to keep the dust collector in an effective working state and keep the pressure loss in a certain range, it is necessary to remove the dust accumulated outside the bag wall.

The structure of pulse bag filter is as follows:
At present, there are six specifications of DMC pulse precipitator, each of which has two specifications - standard type A with ash hopper and type B with open flange (without ash hopper). DMC bag filter mainly consists of filter room, dusting cloth bag, clean gas chamber, ash hopper, discharger, pulse injection mechanism, electric control box and so on. The box body is completely welded, and the maintenance door is sealed with foam rubber strip to ensure that the dust collector is tight and air tight.

Design considerations of DMC pulse bag filter:
In the selection of DMC pulse bag filter, attention should be paid to the dust concentration at the inlet. In terms of technical performance, the airflow velocity through the filter bag (i.e. the filtering wind speed) is inversely proportional to the dust concentration of the gas. Therefore, in determining the filtering area, it is also necessary to meet the dust accumulation capacity of the filter bag (i.e. the maximum allowable dust accumulation per unit area of the filter bag during the two dust cleaning periods). Generally speaking, the dust accumulation capacity is not more than 400g / m2, which can also be calculated as follows:

Dust accumulation capacity = dust concentration of inlet gas × filtering wind speed × interval time between two times of dust removal
If the calculation results exceed the dust accumulation capacity, the filtering wind speed should be adjusted to increase the filtering area
Catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment
Overview of catalytic combustion equipment:
The catalytic combustion equipment for waste gas treatment mainly uses catalyst to change reaction conditions to remove organic matter under lower conditions. The essence of gas-solid catalytic reaction in catalytic purification unit is the deep oxidation of active oxygen. In the process of catalytic purification, the catalyst is used to reduce the activation energy of chemical reaction, so that the reaction conditions can be controlled more easily. With the help of catalyst, the exhaust gas can be burned in a low light off temperature, and it can be oxidized and decomposed into harmless carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H) O. at the same time, a large amount of heat energy is released, so as to remove the harmful substances in the exhaust gas. Catalytic purification unit plays an irreplaceable role in the application of activated carbon adsorption and zeolite concentration runner.

Features of catalytic combustion equipment:
The catalytic combustion equipment for waste gas treatment is completely suitable for the purification of organic waste gas with large air volume, and its operation cost is low. The safety of waste gas combustion, heat recovery and service life of the equipment are fully considered. Catalytic combustion method is to oxidize the organic pollutants in waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at a lower temperature under the action of platinum and palladium catalysts. Due to the low ignition temperature, it is an ideal method to treat organic pollutants by catalytic reaction (without open fire). It has the advantages of wide application range, simple structure, high purification efficiency, energy saving and no secondary pollution.

(1) The purification efficiency is high, which can be as high as 98%, to ensure that the exhaust meets the environmental emission standards;
(2) Flameless combustion and multiple safety facilities are set to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment;
(3) Low light off temperature, high heat transfer and heating efficiency, low energy consumption and low operating cost;
(4) The equipment layout structure is compact, the floor area is small, the cost of civil engineering and installation is saved, and the operation and maintenance management are convenient;
(5) A perfect waste heat recovery system is adopted to recover the waste heat to a large extent. No fuel is needed in the normal production process and superheated high temperature steam is produced, which has significant economic benefits;
(6) Rectangular catalytic reactor is adopted to facilitate catalyst loading, replacement, installation and maintenance;
(7) It has the characteristics of high activity, good high temperature stability (up to 730 ℃), high mechanical strength, long service life (up to 4-5 years), low resistance pressure, easy cleaning and wide application range.
(8) Low ignition temperature, catalytic ignition temperature: 230 ~ 370 ℃, energy saving.
(9) Compared with direct combustion, catalytic combustion of organic waste gas has the advantages of low ignition temperature and low energy consumption. In some cases, when the light off temperature is reached, no external heating is needed.

Overview of RTO waste gas incinerator equipment:
RTO waste gas incinerator is also known as regenerative thermal incinerator (RTO). Working principle: the thermal incinerator uses natural gas to directly burn organic waste gas, and decomposes organic molecules into CO2 and H2O at 750 ~ 850 ℃. The burned flue gas accumulates heat in the ceramic through the regenerative ceramic brick, preheat the organic waste gas, and then discharge. The inlet and outlet direction of the waste gas is automatically switched by the switch valve, and the RTO can fully recover the combustion The machine decomposes heat energy, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the system. RTO waste gas incinerator (RTO) is a kind of energy-saving environmental protection device used to treat low and medium concentration volatile organic waste gas.

Working principle of RTO waste gas incinerator:
The regenerative thermal oxidizer uses thermal oxidation method to treat low concentration organic waste gas, and ceramic regenerative bed heat exchanger is used to recover heat. It is composed of ceramic regenerator, automatic control valve, combustion chamber and control system. Its main features are: the automatic control valve at the bottom of the regenerator is connected with the main inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe respectively. The heat of the high-temperature gas coming out of the combustion chamber is stored and the organic waste gas entering the regenerator is preheated by the reversing valve alternately; the heat is absorbed and released by ceramic heat storage material; the heat is preheated to a certain temperature (≥ 760 ℃) )The organic waste gas is oxidized in the combustion chamber to produce carbon dioxide and water, which is purified. A typical two bed RTO consists of a combustion chamber, two ceramic packed beds and four switching valves (see figure below). The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in the device can maximize the recovery of heat energy, and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%. There is no or little fuel used in VOC treatment.

The characteristics of regenerative thermal incinerator are as follows
(1) Using regenerative heat exchanger, the heat storage carrier and gas directly exchange heat, the furnace radiation temperature and pressure is large, heating speed is fast; low temperature heat exchange effect, so the heat exchange efficiency is particularly high, and the sensible heat in combustion products is largely recovered; high thermal efficiency, low exhaust gas temperature, remarkable energy saving effect, reducing fuel consumption also means reducing greenhouse gas emissions;
(2) The temperature in the regenerator increases evenly and gradually, which strengthens the heat transfer in the furnace, and the heat exchange effect is better. Therefore, the furnace volume of the incinerator with the same treatment capacity can be reduced, and the cost of the equipment is greatly reduced;
(3) Since the flame is not generated in the burner, but gradually burns in the high temperature regenerator in the furnace, there is no high temperature front, so the combustion noise is low;
(4) The combustion area of high temperature flame is expanded, and the flame boundary almost extends to the furnace boundary, so that the temperature in the furnace is uniform. On the one hand, the purification efficiency is improved, on the other hand, the furnace life is prolonged;
(5) Different from the traditional combustion process, the staged combustion technology is adopted to release heat energy under delayed combustion. The furnace temperature rises evenly, the burning loss is low, and the heating effect is good. There is no local high temperature and high oxygen zone in the traditional combustion process, which inhibits the formation of thermal nitrogen oxides (NOx) and has good environmental protection effect;
(6) The results show that the temperature in the combustion chamber increases as a whole and the distribution is more uniform; the furnace temperature can be as high as 850 ~ 1100 ℃, the gas flow speed is large, the combustion speed is fast, the high temperature residence time of flue gas in the furnace is long, and the organic matter is completely oxidized and decomposed. The environmental protection effect is remarkable;
(7) Inert alumina ceramic balls are set at the inlet of waste gas, which can protect, buffer and filter the heat storage ceramics and prolong the service life of heat storage ceramics. The ceramic balls selected by our company have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, high compressive strength, and not easy to be poisoned;
(8) The three-way switching air valve adopts the structure of our company, with reliable sealing material, which has the characteristics of fast switching, not easy to wear and long working life;
(9) The system adopts PLC automatic combustion control with high automation, stable operation, high safety and reliability;
(10) According to the waste gas situation, the heat recovery device can be reasonably set up. The high-temperature combustion chamber is connected with a heat-conducting oil furnace or waste heat boiler. The low-temperature flue gas is used to heat the waste gas and make full use of the waste heat in the waste gas treatment.
