Denitrification filter is a technology that carries out biological treatment and suspended matter treatment based on denitrification principle under anoxic conditions, and integrates denitrification and filtration. (1) The coarse filter material and deep filter bed used in the deep-bed denitrification filter provide the basic guarantee for the continuous, stable and efficient operation of the system. Short process, low energy consumption, convenient operation and management, good removal of suspended solids, no final sedimentation tank or filter tank.
(2) Flexible application, multi-purpose pool, flexible conversion according to water quality, can be combined with dosing converted into deep bed filter to remove SS and total phosphorus (TP), can also be converted into nitrification filter to remove organic matter (BOD) and ammonia nitrogen (NH-N), can also be converted into denitrification filter to remove total nitrogen (TN).
(3) Compared with conventional biological aerated filter, it has slight advantages in filter media maintenance cost and nitrogen removal efficiency, and is more suitable for sewage treatment with lower volume load.
(4) The proprietary gas-water combined backwashing operation technology and other system integration technologies effectively solve the problem of biofilm falling off and blocking the filter. Proprietary nitrogen removal technology to effectively solve the "gas plugging" problem, especially suitable for biological denitrification process.
