High-speed Rotary Atomizer
High-speed rotary atomizer is an efficient process equipment for liquid and powder molding and is widely used in a variety of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection.
It is a product of ENFI with independent intellectual property rights. Directly driven by a high-speed precision motor and equipped with the latest enclosed grease lubricated high-speed bearings, no oil is required during operation. In terms of use, this product is characterized by easy operation, simple structure, convenient daily maintenance, and standard installation structure which enables it to replace the imported rotary atomizer.
Ultra-clean Emission Solution
The ultra-low emission technology and equipment for coordinated cleaning of multiple off-gas pollutants that are independently developed by China ENFI derives from National Key R&D Program of China(2018YFC1901303). The off-gas treatment process flow is “SNCR+semi-dry process for acid removal+dry process+activated carbon injection+dry powder injection+bag filter+wet process for acid removal+SCR”. This technology is a multi-wet processes-based integrated absorption technology developed for treatment of multiple pollutants, enabling a concerted cleaning of multiple pollutants and ultra-low emissions, producing ultra-low emission integration technology and equipment package applicable to the cleaning of complex off-gas from organic solid waste incineration in China and realizing ultra-low emissions of pollutants. Process equipment calculation and customized selection can be carried out by the ultra-low emission system according to the capacity of waste incineration treatment plant, off-gas properties, features and procedures of process medium, transport conditions, client requirements and emission standard, etc.
Ultra-low emission process system, complete localization of technology and equipment without reliance on imports contribute to intensification and modularization of solid waste incineration process. Ultra-low emission of off-gas pollutants from waste incineration can be realized, with a high removal efficiency of pollutants and concentration of dioxins in off-gas lower than 0.05ng TEQ/Nm3.
Industrial Solid Waste (Hazardous Waste) Comprehensive Treatment Solution
The main process for comprehensive recovery and disposal of industrial solid waste (hazardous waste) containing Cu and Ni is side-blowing submerged combustion bath smelting technology. This brand new and advanced technology developed by ENFI is characterized by low processing cost, environment-friendly smelting process and resource recycling. It is currently applied to comprehensive recovery and disposal of industrial solid waste (hazardous waste) containing Cu and Ni, molten lead-rich slag, secondary lead paste, zinc leaching residue, etc. Its advantages are that side-blowing lances directly supply heat to melt to intensify the process of mass and heat transfer, the produced high-temperature off-gas is prone to denitration and dioxins removal, beneficial to environment protection, and there are bright prospects of applying this technology to harmless treatment and recycling of industrial solid waste (hazardous waste) containing Cu and Ni.

The side-blowing submerged combustion bath smelting technology (SSC technology for short) is a proven smelting technology for treating athermic materials independently developed by ENFI.
Side-blowing lances submerged in the bath inject fuel and oxygen enriched air into the bath for combustion so as to directly heat the interior of bath. Products of submerged combustion form a heat conduction interface between molten solutions, remarkably intensifying heat transfer, and stirring is generated when gas passes through melt, accelerating chemical reactions in the aqueous phase and the melting speed of cold feed, promoting bath homogeneity and ensuring necessary temperature for various smelting procedures in time as well as stable and efficient operation.
Advantages of SSC technology: short process flow as feedstock is directly fed into the furnace after drying; high heat efficiency for oxygen enriched air with 60-90% oxygen concentration is used for submerged combustion and heat supply; strong adaptability to a wide range of fuel such as natural gas, pulverized coal, producer gas and waste oil; less environmental impact since the produced high-temperature off-gas is prone to denitration and dioxins removal.
At present, this technology has been successfully applied to industrial production of electroplating sludge, molten lead-rich slag, secondary lead paste, zinc leaching residue and low-grade paragenetic oxidized ore.
Industrial Wastewater, Salts and Slag Recycling and Treatment Solution
I Product description
The industrial wastewater thickening equipment (patent number: ZL201822057732.0, ZL201821108950.6, ZL201720280080.X, ZL201510119699.8, etc.) is independently researched and developed by China ENFI, its highest evaporation temperature dose not exceed 85℃, it is a kind of hot desalination equipment that realizes separation of salt and water by using jet type decompression of low pressure steam or using dead steam and other low grade heat source, and is selected into the Catalog of Major Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment Encouraged By the State (2020 edition). The equipment and the complete set of processes are widely used in chemical water preparation and thickening treatment of high salt, high calcium, heavy metals involved and high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, it can lower the cost and significantly increase the concentration rate of the wastewater from industries of smelting, steel making, iron making, power generation, chemical plant, paper mill, etc., help enterprises to realize zero-approaching discharge and energy conservation and emission reduction.
II Processing capacity
The salt content of the concentrated water at the endpoint of high salt wastewater thickening can be as high as 350g/L, applicable to the treatment of wastewater of high ammonia-nitrogen concentration.
III Product features
(1) It is of simple process flow, good reliability and large flexibility.
(2) When being used to treat high salt wastewater, it can produce water of high yield (80%-95%) and high quality (conductivity≤50μs/cm); for high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, it has high removal rate (99% and above).
(3) The operating temperature is lower than 85℃, the equipment has strong corrosion resistance without scaling.
(4) Its energy consumption is low, has less equipment maintenance, and has low investment cost and low total operating cost.
(5) It has high extent of informatization, can achieve the automation level of “ no human on duty and no human operating”.
(6) No sodium salt is introduced, which basically eliminates the new addition of sodium salt to the concentrated water.
IV Successful application case
(1) An industrial application demonstration base has been built in Yunnan, where a set of high salt and high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment equipment with a capacity of 200m3/d has been installed. This project won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Design in Nonferrous Metal Construction Industry (Ministerial Level) in 2020.
(2) For Jinchuan Ultra-high Salt Wastewater Treatment Project, the TDS of the wastewater exceeds 120g/L and the concentration of heavy metal ions exceeds 100mg/L, which belongs to the ultra-high salt wastewater containing heavy metals. The water produced by this device is high quality fresh water, the salt content of the concentrated solution is more than 400g/L, and the heavy metals content is up to the discharge standard.
Stereoscopic Ecological Urban Sewage Treatment Solution
The three-dimensional ecological sewage treatment technology is a kind of ecological biofilm wastewater treatment process, which is an integrated solution to improve the effluent quality of sewage treatment plants and eliminate odor pollution. It can be widely applied in the fields of municipal sewage treatment and upgrading as well as the treatment of black and odorous water bodies and river courses.
By engineering measures of bionic fillers, emerged plants and aeration system provided in the biochemical tank, the technology aims at removal of various pollutants in sewage by oxidizing and decomposing. At the same time, a built-in three-dimensional ecological biological deodorization system is constructed by filling the upper part of the biochemical tank with deodorization fillers and planting plants to deodorize the biochemical tank and improve the microclimate and sight of the biochemical unit.
The three-dimensional ecological sewage treatment technology is particularly advantageous in the aspects of organics removal, denitrification, deodorization, sludge source reduction, sludge phosphorus recovery and sludge dehydration. It is a carbon neutralization and carbon emission reduction process with the following advantages:
1. Fine quality of effluent. The treated water is totally up to Class Ⅲ of the national standard on surface water, truly enabling wastewater reuse.
2. Low operating cost. The process saves 10-15% energy in aeration and achieves reduction of CO2 emission over 270kg per ton of sewage than conventional biochemical treatment process.
3. Sludge source reduction. The quantity of excess activated sludge is 0.3-0.5‰ of the treated water and 40-50% of that of the activated sludge method, reducing the sludge disposal cost by about 40-50%.
4. Project investment is reasonable with smaller floor area. Its high sludge load requires smaller biochemical pool volume and thus reduces the floor area by about 10-20%.
5. With better ecological sight, it is an "ecological concept plant". The unique garden-style sewage treatment plant can also open to teenagers and children as a popular science education base.
Soil and Ecological Remediation Solution
Technology 1: Acid mine in-situ substrate improvement + direct vegetation restoration technology
The ecological ideas were applied to solve environmental problems in mines. During the restoration process, the topography, landform and soil structure of the mining wasteland will not be greatly changed, and it is unnecessary to cover the soil from other location. After the completion of in-situ substrate improvement, plants and seeds are planted directly on the mining wasteland to flexibly improve the soil structure and the physical and chemical properties of the soil. By regulating the microbial community and controlling the acid-producing microbial groups, an artificial or semi-artificial ecosystem can be reconstructed, finally realizing the ecological restoration of acid mines.
Technology 2: Ionic rare earth mine groundwater restoration technology
In view of the pollution of groundwater environment in the in-situ leaching process of an ionic rare earth mine in South China, a new prevention and control system of groundwater pollution is proposed, which is “source control, process supervision and terminal treatment”. The leading monitoring system and groundwater extraction treatment system with advanced technology in the industry are developed and designed. The practice shows that this technology can effectively solve the problem of groundwater pollution caused by in-situ leaching process in ionic rare earth mines.
Technology 3: Research and development of soil restoration agents
Relying on ENFI Research Institute and perfect R&D conditions, ENFI has developed a variety of restoration agents for soil and groundwater, among which the heavy metal solidifying and stabilizing agent can not only effectively treat the heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium and lead in the soil, but also can be used in the disposal of hazardous wastes; the soil conditioner developed has the effect of regulating the physical and chemical properties of soil and promoting plant growth, and can be used in the fields of saline and alkaline land improvement and farmland restoration, etc. At present, many batches of products have been sold and applied in engineering practice, such as ENFI SoiRem RE series and ENFI SoiRem F series, and good results have been achieved.
Smart Environmental Protection Management Platform for Rare Earth Mines
"Smart environmental protection" is the combination of Internet technology and environmental information. It uses Internet of things, big data, cloud computing and mobile communication technology to realize intelligent environmental management and service support in a more precise and dynamic way through "intelligent management and wise application".
China ENFI has independently developed the "Intelligent Environmental Management Platform for Rare Earth Mines” for a large ionic rare earth mine in the south of China, with considering "comprehensive perception, leader of standards, platform as a service and intelligent application" as the design framework, adopting UAV aerial photography, 3D modeling, GIS, BIM, big data mining and other technologies, and comprehensively integrating data information of physical geographical environment of the mine area, main production and environmental protection facilities, main environmental monitoring data and prevention and control measures against pollution. The main functions of the platform include: display function module of the 3D image model of mine area, module of prevention and control measures against pollution from plant and mine area, environmental awareness module (location of environmental monitoring points and monitoring data entry, graphic display, statistical analysis and report export), module of environmental management file system, environmental early warning analysis module, etc. It realizes the digitization of the environmental protection work of the mine, which can perceive environment, monitor pollution and early warn risk from the data, realizing the intelligence of environmental management in a more precise, efficient and dynamic way.
