| Introduction | Tietjen Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is a North German company in the field of mechanical and plant engineering. We have been developing, designing, and producing hammer mills and individual size reduction technology since 1959.
Complex disintegration systems are our speciality. We also offer depacking solutions for food waste. In addition, our expertise also includes the necessary feeding and conveying technology, solutions for dust removal and dust explosion protection. In wet grinding, we offer solutions for substrate digestion for biogas production and material separation processes. |

| Depacking DRM 800 The DRM Separation Mill has been designed for the reliable separation of the biogenic fraction from contaminants, which are part of different waste streams. The goal is the efficient cleaning of the respective input material right at the beginning of the process. The special construction allows a high separation performance with minimal energy consumption. Particularly noteworthy is the particularly high tolerance to foreign material and ease of maintenance of the machine. That makes the DRM not only technically, but also economically valuable. |

| Dewatering press Separated foreign matter such as plastic packaging from organic waste often still contains liquids. The screw press PRS has been specially developed for dewatering such residual liquids after our depackaging machine DRM. It therefore saves costs in the thermal disposal of the foreign matter and increases the substrate quantity. |

| HAMMER MILL BIMIX The hammer mill BIMIX is suitable for wet grinding of biomass into a pumpable product with a defi ned particle size. It is used in particular for the particle size reduction of unpackaged biowaste and food waste. The robust design, for example, also makes it possible to process slaughterhouse waste with bone residues (rendering). |

| The Biomass Shredder BMS The Biomass Shredder BMS is a vertical shredder that efficiently and homogeneously processes biomasses for biogas plants. The shredding and disintegration results in a higher gas yield and diffi cult substrates such as solid manure, silage, grass, straw, sugar beet or other crops can be made usable. |

| HAMMER MILL IMPRA The hammer mill BIMIX Impra is specially designed for digesting fermentation substrates from biogas plants to increase digester output. Efficiently, the machine only processes what your biogas plant cannot manage on its own. Substrate is removed from the fermenter, processed and then fed back or into the secondary fermenter. |
